  • Tilemachos Pissas - Technique Health

    Tilemachos Pissas - Clinical Specialist

    Tilemachos is an experienced physiotherapist working in the sports medicine sector. He has a special interest in upper limb pathology and more specifically the shoulder joint.

    He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist bridging the gap between rehab and performance. In addition he’s won multiple awards in the sport of water polo, including the Dutch Championship in 2019 and he was the top scorer of the British water polo league in 2023.

  • Mike Aunger - Technique Health

    Mike Aunger - Founder

    Mike is the Founder of Technique Health & Fitness, he has a true passion for physiotherapy and its ability to enable long term health & well-being. Mike has practiced as a physiotherapist for over 20 years working in many areas from elite sport, the military and occupational health.

    He is a specialist in the optimisation of knee health and recovery from ACL surgery and works closely with Ossur a global brand who have developed the Unloader 1X and CTI braces.

    Matthew is an experienced physiotherapist with a strong focus on musculoskeletal and orthopaedic care. He combines clinical expertise with a passion for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and helping individuals — from elite athletes to everyday clients — move and perform at their best.

    With a background in holistic, patient-centred care, Matthew works with elite sports teams across London, refining his approach to sports rehab and long-term recovery. His goal is to help each client build strength, improve movement, and stay injury-free in sport and daily life.

    Chrisa Gkinou - Physiotherapist

    Chrisa is an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner with extensive experience specialising in complex musculoskeletal conditions. She is passionate about movement, recovery, and performance, helping patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence. With a strong background in spinal physiotherapy, core control, and Pilates, as well as experience as a martial arts athlete, Chrisa takes a holistic and dynamic approach to treatment.


    Chrisa has a special interest in women’s health, including pregnancy, post-natal recovery, and pelvic health, supporting women through various life stages with a compassionate, evidence-based approach.

    Rogel specialises in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, offering a range of treatments including sports massage, dry needling, shockwave therapy, and cupping. He works across Technique Health & Fitness’s Vauxhall and Bank locations, supporting clients in recovery, movement optimisation, and injury prevention.

    With a background as a competitive swimmer for over 10 years, Rogel brings personal insight into the physical and mental challenges of injury and rehabilitation. He takes a holistic and empathetic approach to care — whether helping someone return to high-level sport or simply move pain-free in daily life. His goal is always to support clients in getting back to doing what they love.

    Yvan is a structural osteopath who uses a range of techniques — including joint manipulation, mobilisation, and soft tissue therapy — to support clients with pain, movement restrictions, and postural imbalances. His treatments are individually tailored, focusing on restoring function, improving mobility, and preventing future discomfort.

    He takes a holistic and thoughtful approach to care, aiming not only to ease symptoms but to promote long-term physical well-being.     Currently studying Osteopathy and recently trained in lymphatic and blood circulation therapy, Olivia brings an evolving, well-rounded approach to her treatments. She views massage as both a physical and emotional reset — a form of “body meditation” that restores balance, reduces stress, and supports overall well-being.

With over four years of experience in sports therapy and eight in coaching, she takes a practical, movement-focused approach to improving mobility and reducing discomfort. Whether working with runners, hurling players, or those managing daily demands, she helps clients move more freely and confidently.

    A keen runner herself, Louise understands the benefits of regular maintenance and pre-event massage in supporting performance and preventing strain. Her background in teaching teenagers with special educational needs has shaped her calm, person-centred approach — creating a supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

    She has worked across multiple sports, including track and field, rugby, and boxing, providing both pitch-side care and structured rehab. Known for her thoughtful, client-centred style, Jana helps clients build strength, move better, and feel more confident in their bodies — whether returning to training or managing the demands of everyday life.
