Mike Aunger - Founder
Mike is the Founder of Technique Health & Fitness, he has a true passion for physiotherapy and its ability to enable long term health & well-being. Mike has practiced as a physiotherapist for over 20 years working in many areas from elite sport, the military and occupational health.
He is a specialist in the optimisation of knee health and recovery from ACL surgery and works closely with Ossur a global brand who have developed the Unloader 1X and CTI braces.

Tilemachos Pissas - Clinical Specialist
Tilemachos is an experienced physiotherapist with expertise in musculoskeletal and sports injury rehabilitation. He combines his clinical skills with a background in elite sport, working with athletes across football, rugby, tennis, and aquatic disciplines. His practice integrates advanced performance testing, strength and conditioning, and high-performance rehabilitation strategies.
With specialist knowledge in complex shoulder injuries, ACL rehabilitation, and hip surgery recovery, Tilemachos delivers evidence-based programmes to support sport-specific return to play. A former professional water polo player and current top scorer in the BWPL Division 1, he brings first-hand insight into the demands of elite sport and is passionate about helping clients achieve long-term results.

Chrisa Gkinou - Physiotherapist
Chrisa is an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner with extensive experience specialising in complex musculoskeletal conditions. She is passionate about movement, recovery, and performance, helping patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence. With a strong background in spinal physiotherapy, core control, and Pilates, as well as experience as a martial arts athlete, Chrisa takes a holistic and dynamic approach to treatment.
Chrisa has a special interest in women’s health, including pregnancy, post-natal recovery, and pelvic health, supporting women through various life stages with a compassionate, evidence-based approach. -
Rogel Galeana Rios - Physiotherapist
Rogel specialises in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, offering a range of treatments including sports massage, dry needling, shockwave therapy, and cupping. He works across Technique Health & Fitness’s Vauxhall and Bank locations, supporting clients in recovery, movement optimisation, and injury prevention.
With a background as a competitive swimmer for over 10 years, Rogel brings personal insight into the physical and mental challenges of injury and rehabilitation. He takes a holistic and empathetic approach to care — whether helping someone return to high-level sport or simply move pain-free in daily life. His goal is always to support clients in getting back to doing what they love.

Aaron Tealll - Physiotherapist & Coach
With over 12 years of experience in strength and conditioning, Aaron has supported individuals of all levels in and around London. He holds a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, a British Weightlifting coaching certification, and most recently, a Physiotherapy qualification from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.
Aaron’s passion for performance sport began during his time as a student athlete, shaping his philosophy to educate and encourage individuals of all abilities in strength, power, and injury prevention. By combining his strength and conditioning approach with physiotherapy, Aaron provides a unique holistic viewpoint to improve patient rehabilitation

Yvan Loneux - Osteopath
Yvan is a structural osteopath who uses a range of techniques — including joint manipulation, mobilisation, and soft tissue therapy — to support clients with pain, movement restrictions, and postural imbalances. His treatments are individually tailored, focusing on restoring function, improving mobility, and preventing future discomfort.
He takes a holistic and thoughtful approach to care, aiming not only to ease symptoms but to promote long-term physical well-being. Yvan works closely with each client to understand their goals, creating a calm and supportive environment where meaningful progress can be made. Whether addressing everyday aches or supporting recovery, he is committed to helping clients move with greater freedom and confidence.

Hamza Taha - Osteopath
Hamza is a qualified osteopath who graduated with a Master’s degree from the University College of Osteopathy.
His primary passion lies in restoring functionality for patients from diverse backgrounds, adopting a holistic approach when treating his patients. He ensures they receive individualised care and advice, combining hands-on treatment (joint mobilisations, manipulations, and soft tissue techniques) with rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient’s needs, helping them recover effectively and regain optimal movement in their daily lives.
