Our therapists, Louisa and Brittany, are both registered sports massage professionals
Meet Louisa!
Louisa is an ITEC level 3 certified Sports Massage Therapist and a third year Osteopathy student completing her Masters degree at the London School of Osteopathy. She is passionate about helping people understand their own body and empowering them to use it to its full potential.
Prior to her studies, Louisa coached trampolining to children and adults in Dubai and Scotland for over 7 years. Outside of work she loves getting into the countryside for long walks, swimming in the sea, and going climbing.
Meet Brittany!
Brittany recently completed her MSc in Physiotherapy here in the UK! She started her journey with Technique about six months ago and currently offers Physiotherapy and sports massage appointments.
She has a passion for helping people become the best versions of themselves, whether they need rehabilitation from a sports injury, joint replacement or any strains/sprains! You can find Brittany at our Bank location working hard and finding a way to help people achieve their goals.

Our Covid-19 Preventative Measures...
At Technique the health and safety of our customers is paramount. Therefore the following procedures apply:
- Our team will run a pre-appointment screening over the phone to ensure that no symptoms were present in the last 14 days.
- We ask our patients to arrive at their scheduled appointment time (not early, not late) to reduce contact with other clients.
- Hand sanitiser and face covering (mask) will be provided at your arrival.
- The therapists will comply with the guidelines wearing PPE.
- Rooms are sanitised thoroughly before and after every appointment.
