Terms and conditions

1. My data will be safely stored and used only in personal communication between myself and the Technique Health and Fitness coaching team.
2. My data will never be shared with any third parties.
3. This programme is delivered remotely, online and in person.
4. This programme, like any other coaching service, is not a guarantee of results, pain-free, or otherwise. That being said, we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee for action-takers. This means that if after completing 3 months (a total of 12 weekly check ins and 6 sessions) you haven’t seen results, you can request a refund and this will be issued within 14 days of the request.
5. This programme is for self-use only. Sharing materials within this programme with anyone outside of the programme is a criminal offence and may result in legal action.
6. Refunds are not offered on coaching services based on the nature of the time invested personalising your programme and delivering personalised coaching, unless the requirements of the mitigating circumstances or the satisfaction guarantee are met (see point 4 and 7). We are here to coach you to your highest level of success, in and out of health and fitness, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching package.
7. If you have a medically-diagnosed health issue that makes both the exercise elements of your programme impossible, a refund for the weeks not used will be given, minus a £100 administration fee for consultation sessions and programme set up. Proof must be provided in the form of a written note from a medical professional before any refund will be given. The majority of health issues do not require you to stop you from changing your lifestyle (if you can’t exercise at any point we can work around that and you can still see significant results).
8. Appointments may be rescheduled but this requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. If an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours you will forfeit the use of that session.
9. This programme is a minimum of 1 month commitment. All contracts are binding. If you choose not to continue, you will still owe the outstanding balance for the initial month.
10. Cancellation of ongoing subscriptions must be carried out by emailing your coach and our reception team (reception@techniquehealth.org) at least 5 working days in advance of your next payment. All charges prior to cancellation are final and will not be refunded (except in the case of satisfaction guarantee or mitigating circumstances).
11. All sessions must be used within 30 days of payment for that month. Sessions cannot be rolled over if they are not used. Any sessions not used by the end of the month will be lost.

10. Physiotherapy services cannot be offered to customers based outside of the EU. Only remote coaching services can be offered. By accepting the terms below you agree that you will only receive remote coaching and not physiotherapy.
